Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sculpt And Glow Aesthetics. We have clear policies in place to ensure the best experience for all our clients. Please read carefully before booking.

  1. Deposits & Payments
  • A non-refundable deposit of £25.00 is required to secure all bookings. This will be deducted from your final treatment cost.
  • Deposits must be paid at the time of booking. Appointments without deposits will not be confirmed.
  • Full payment is due on the day of your treatment. We accept cash payment.

 

  1. Cancellations & Lateness
  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you, and your deposit will be forfeited.
  • No-Show Policy: Missing an appointment without notice will require full payment before booking any future treatments.

 

  1. Customer Experience & Conduct
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service.
  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times. We have a zero-tolerance policy for rudeness or inappropriate behavior.
  • Only the person receiving treatment is allowed in the treatment room (unless a chaperone is required for medical reasons).

 

  1. Treatment Suitability & Aftercare
  • A consultation is required before certain treatments. If you are deemed unsuitable, your deposit will be refunded.
  • Follow all aftercare instructions provided. We are not responsible for results affected by failure to follow advice.

 

  1. Refunds & Complaints
  • No refunds are given for completed treatments. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours.
  • We aim for the highest standards. If you are unhappy, please speak to us directly, and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
